Install of Office 2019 will begin a few seconds later. Accept the prompt to allow software to make changes to your computer.
Once you click the “More download options” you will see two options. It is important that you click the “More download options” link. A new tab/page will open to download software.
Save the Product Key in a safe place! (i.e., email, box, icloud, or external hard drive) Click the “Download” button to download your software. Next, you will see your Office 2019 Product Key and option to download.Enter your Contact Information on the next screen click the “Proceed With Order” button to continue.Select these options if you wish to install now, or uncheck to download later. The next page gives you the option to download Windows 10 Education & Office Home & Business 2019 (MAC/PC).Select the tab for “Microsoft” and then select “Office Professional Plus 2019 (PC Only).Log into with your Duke NetID and password.Once the download is complete, launch the installation file and follow the prompts for software installation.Click the “Install” button again to start the download.Click on the “Install” link to download the installation file for Office Home & Business 2019.Once logged in to your account click the “Show all my subscriptions & Office products” link.Follow the process until you access your account.It is important that you sign in with personal Outlook account if you do not have one you will need to create it, the University account won’t work Save the Product Key in a safe place! Next, you will see your Office Home & Business 2019 Product Key and option to download.Next, accept the Microsoft Student Option User Acceptance Form by entering your email address and type in your name.Next, select option for “English” language, and then click the “Add to Cart” button.Select the tab for “Microsoft” and then select Office Home & Business 2019 (MAC/PC).This is a fully licensed copy, which is forever and does not expire If you encounter problems with any of these software installations, please contact the TSC.
If prompted for a username and password, use your NetID and password, (same as email/FuquaWorld login). Please refer to your course material on Canvas to determine what Excel add-ins you may require.
